With each breath, my body becomes balanced. I stand tall, lengthening my spine, stillness sets in. I exhale slowly, clearing my mind as it vibrates to a peaceful state.
“Most beliefs are force fed to you by someone else, and you chose to believe them because it was consistent with the social influences you were experiencing at that time.”
“We barely remember who or what came before this precious moment,
We are choosing to be here right now. Hold on, stay inside
This holy reality, this holy experience.
Choosing to be here in
This body. This body holding me. Be my reminder here that I am not alone in
This body, this body holding me, feeling eternal
All this pain is an illusion.
Alive, I
In this holy reality, in this holy experience. Choosing to be here in
This body. This body holding me. Be my reminder here that I am not alone in
This body, this body holding me, feeling eternal
All this pain is an illusion.
Twirling round with this familiar parable.
Spinning, weaving round each new experience.
Recognize this as a holy gift and celebrate this chance to be alive and breathing.
This body holding me reminds me of my own mortality.
Embrace this moment. Remember. we are eternal.
all this pain is an illusion.”
I have been told my entire life that I am too talkative.
As soon as your first words are said, everyone wants you to talk constantly and then as soon as you reach an independent state to where you have created your own opinion and perspective, they want to silence you. lol
In my opinion, I am pretty quiet until I feel safe and comfortable around someone to share my thoughts and true feelings on things.
Let’s see how life is when my mouth is shut and my thoughts are going wild in my head.
